EAT UNTIL YOU FEEL PRETTY

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim,

Assalamualaikum,

Allahumma Solli A'la Saiyidna Muhamad, Waa'la aa'li Saiyidna Muhamad.

Moga-moga kamu berada didalam jalan-Nya. Meskipun pahit untuk tetap berada dijalan-Nya, saya doakan kita tetap sama-sama melangkah, biar terpaksa mengesot, atau merangkak, tetaplah kedua belah kakimu, sahabat. Biarkan magis doa-doa kita berterbangan di angkasa raya.

I love the below picture. A dream which doesn't seem unattainable. Replace it with New York, or Hyderabad, or Ningxia where the Yellow River flows through. Was it Li Bai who wrote a poem - can't you see the Yellow River gushing from the overwhelming sky, pouring to the ocean always, never to return? But once you have the golden opportunity to be there, just celebrate it. Not many people are fortunate enough to be chosen by Fate to be there.

Eat until you feel pretty. I laugh so much until my stomach aches when I come across this picture. Cute. Yes, I have an obsession with food. It holds a very special place in my heart. I believe that if Fate had a different plan for me, I'll be involved in the food industry, be the eater, the preparer, the judge, or simply the trader. Owh, and you are pretty. I always have an inkling that you are pretty, and when the fact manifests itself majestically, I am indeed speechless.

I love wuxia films. Since I was a child, my film diet always consists of wuxia films and dramas. Of course minus the cheesy and garmentless scenes, it is sickening. I owe many quality wuxia films, but I never like Jackie Chan, the poor actor who has been nominated for Best Actor in Hong Kong Film Award more than ten times, but never wins any. Fate is really funny. My latest favourite is 14 Blades. I never realise how talented and gentle-looking Donnie Yen is before. Or, perhaps, it is entirely due to the acting. Cautious, 14 Blades is not everyone's cup of tea though. Like I couldn't stomach the true-winner-box-office Avatar, the same goes for 14 Blades for some. And below is the quote that I like so much:

But, I still have hope for the future. My Mother used to tell me, it is fortunate to have hope. Every one has chosen their own paths. Qinglong, that goes for you too. As long as you keep on walking, you will see the blue sky.

It is fortunate to have hope.

ROSY ONES

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim,

Assalamualaikum,

Allahumma Solli A'la Saiyidna Muhamad, Waa'la aa'li Saiyidna Muhamad.

I hate schools (readers, please do not cultivate this negative feeling, it is indeed wrong), but I love learning. To learn, I discover to my delight, is easier by talking, reading and observing, which all leading to contemplating. But attending a lecture could be totally different from attending school. I used to be a truant student before, well, I will be more than understanding if my students skip classes in the future. If I ever teach.

I've read many books penned by Jeffrey Archer, the most beloved one is Not a Penny More, Not a Penny Less. Genius, entertaining and truly wonderful. Lately I've been reading one of his collections of short stories, titled And Thereby Hangs a Tale. At first I couldn't comprehend his messages through the stories, is it skeptical? Or is it a praise for a humanity? I find it unsettling, but choose to ignore it nonetheless. This kind of stories used to drive me to the wall, feed my frenzy curiosity until I quench my thirst through googling it. But nowadays, I just suppress it, let it lingers longer in my mind. However, there is one particular tragic story that strikes a chord deep within my heart, because it is a true story. Caste-Off. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

The wind lady has stopped visiting us today. It feels strange, and the day has been somber again. But I'm off to Bowburn this late afternoon, insyaAllah. Scary name, isn't it? The only place where the rent is cheaper considerably in Durham, or perhaps in the entire UK.

The mega-protest in Egypt is getting worsen, with the ex-government-soon-to-be resorting to many sickening tactics to scare the civilians and the protesters, and justifying the future involvement of UN, World Bank and the USA (who else, then?). Mubarak's announcement to step down this September, promising the flourishing economy etc etc are a lie. Many people, I notice , always put their faiths on the politicians' words. Easily sway, aren't we? Let's be honest, shall we, the economic picture, especially the rosy ones, may not depict the real economy. Be wise.

I have a conviction on my methodology. Wow. I could never believe it that I am finally able to write that.

Must dash!
Love, always.
